This warranty policy applies to all customers who purchase organic fertilizers and products from organic agricultural produce of Agri Dynamics Vietnam.Warranty Scope
Organic fertilizers: Warranty on product quality, including moisture content, nutrient content, and other indices as listed on the product packaging.
Products from organic agricultural produce: Warranty on quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.Warranty Period
The warranty period for each product will be clearly stated on the packaging or in the product information provided to customers at the time of purchase.Warranty Conditions
- The product is still under warranty.
- The product is defective due to manufacturing faults or does not meet the committed quality.
- Customers need to present a purchase invoice or valid transaction confirmation document.
- The product has not been damaged due to external forces or misuse.
- Receipt and Processing of Warranty Claims
- Customers contact Agri Dynamics Vietnam’s customer care center to report the product requiring warranty service.
- The product will be inspected to determine if the fault is within the warranty scope.
- If the product meets the warranty conditions, Agri Dynamics Vietnam will carry out remedies such as replacement, repair, or refund according to the company’s regulations.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Carefully preserve the product following the usage instructions.
- Provide complete information and related documents when requesting a warranty.
- Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The product is out of warranty.
- The product shows signs of misuse, abuse, or accident.
- The product has been repaired or tampered with by individuals/organizations not authorized by Agri Dynamics Vietnam.
