1. Return Conditions Return Due to Error from Agri Dynamics:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on the website.
- The product has expired upon receipt.
Return Due to Customer’s Wish:
- The product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not on the list of non-returnable items.
2. Return Period You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
3. Return Process Step 1: Contact our customer care department via the provided email or phone number. Step 2: Provide order information and reason for return. Step 3: Wait for confirmation and instructions from Agri Dynamics. Step 4: Package the product and send it back to the designated address. Step 5: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your request.
4. Refund After the product is inspected and meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to you using the original payment method or via an alternative method by agreement.
5. Return Fees No return fee if the error is on Agri Dynamics’ part. Return shipping fees due to customer’s wish may not be refunded.
6. Non-returnable Products Certain products may not fall under the return policy due to the nature of the products, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been unsealed.
- Perishable products or products with a short shelf life.
